IMPROVED HOLESHOT TIRES

Industrial Tire Products (ITP) took its most successful high-performance ATV tire model and reportedly improved it for 2006, creating the Holeshot MXR6. New features include a reinforced carcass to minimize stretching for a flatter profile during aggressive acceleration and cornering, according to ITP. They said the new carcass allows for lower tire pressures to increase rider comfort and control. The new front Holeshot MXR6 tires are designed to complement the rear versions with a longer-wearing tread compound, ITP stated. The tread design is for loose track surfaces, using wider space split-knobs for better bite and clean out, according to ITP. Rear Holeshot MXR6 tires will reportedly be available in 18x10-8 inch and 18x10-9 and front MXR6 tires come in 19x6-10 and 20x6-10. For more information, visit www.itptires.com
